More of the 'during'. Still to come is all of the hardscaping, and more flowers and shrubbery to be planted closer to spring. The hardscaping, from what I understand, can be done once we get a few days forecasted to not be below freezing at night. oh MAN how I wish for a January heat wave! Fat chance I know...
